Manifesting is intrinsically connected to worthiness...your ability to know you deserve to be abundantly blessed. 

Self-Love + Self-Acceptance = Worthiness

To manifest effectively, we must delve into our subconscious and get to the root of what blocks our creation potential...the reasons we are not manifesting the things we desire. 

Thinking our way out of blocks (being more positive, vision boards, mantras, etc.) will not release chronic unconscious blocks. This is because mental reasoning is done on a conscious level. Our blocks are seated in our subconscious. Only by revealing these shadow blocks lurking in the subconscious or unconscious instead of ignoring, avoiding, or dismissing them can we then use mental reasoning to shift our beliefs, patterns, and perspectives within a conscious spectrum. Then, we won't have an internal conflict between the two opposing forces. It won’t feel like something is inside fighting our intentions and goals (self-sabotage) or unable to believe what we are mantra-ing our way through. 

Consistent, tangible manifestation happens once we are in our worth. We must address WHY we do not feel worthy to manifest our dreams into reality. If we genuinely felt worthy, we would have what we desire now.
